Policies

At “A Votre Service!” we endeavor to give professional, personal and dependable service.  
We feel strongly that attention to detail; reliability and thoughtfulness are important parts of our duties.  Everyone on our team understands our goals and takes pride in the care they give our clientele. In order to maintain our highly trained and trustworthy staff we need to implement the following policies: 

Payments: Invoice(s) are due upon receipt and payment can be made in cash, check or credit card. We require a credit card number to keep on file. A 50% deposit is required for special services $500.00 and above. For cleaning services, our minimum is $152.00 (or 4 hours) per cleaning.

Cancellations: In order to maintain the reliability of our service, the schedules are prepared in advance and therefore we are not able to accept cancellations on scheduled cleanings days; regular cleaning fee will apply. Deposits on one-time special services such as construction clean-up, etc. will be refunded less a $100.00 administration fee if cancelled.                  

Schedule Change:  We require a three days notice, prior to the scheduled cleaning date to implement a change within the same week if available. For one-time special services, we require a minimum of 48-hour advance notice to reschedule.

Year-Round Cleanings:  During the fall and winter months, when a house is not used as often as during the rest of the year, we are able to adjust the schedule to an every 2, 3 or 4 weeks cleaning schedule. In this manner, not only do we keep the house maintained but we also retain the personal and quality service our clientele is accustomed to.

Seasonal Cleanings: Final summer rental cleanings will be estimated one week prior to departure and must be prepaid at the time of the estimate. 

Premise Accessibility: Access to the house must be given to our staff (keys/alarm code).  Scheduled services that cannot be rendered because the staff is unable to enter the premises will still be charged to the client. 

Termination of Service:  With a 5 business days notice, service can be permanently cancelled. A Votre Service reserves the right to terminate service due to improper treatment of the staff or unacceptable working conditions.

Supplies: Cleanings supplies need to be provided by the client.
